ARC , a PTC Performance Team, uses PTC solutions to provide State-of-the Art services to racing teams throughout the world. ARC has the most advanced moving ground plane wind tunnel commercially available in the world.  They also have an Advanced Vehicle Dynamics Rig and complete Reverse Engineering capabilites.
